Born June 21, 1916 in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of William and Elizabeth (Noonan) Burns.
She was a receptionist for Catholic Charities, Flemington.
Mrs. Shahay was predeceased by her husband, Theodore Shahay, in 1977.
Interment was in St. Magdalen Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington.
