Born March 8, 1909 in Bloomsbury, NJ, she was the daughter of Howard P. and Mary Edith (Sharrer) Kinney.
Mrs. Hand was survived by her husband, Earl.
Funeral services were held at Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington. Interment was in Bloomsbury Cemetery.
