Kathe S. Lachenmayr

BRIDGEWATER TWP. - Kathe S. Lachenmayr died on July 4, 2002 at Somerset Medical Center in Somerville. She was 95. She was born in Berlin, Germany, the daughter of Albert and Wilhelmina Smeenk. She lived in Whitehouse Station for many years and then in Ringoes for 14 years. She moved to Bridgewater Township this year. She was a homemaker and was also involved in operating her family's poultry farm in Readington Township when she lived there. Her husband, George Lachenmayr died in 1990. Mrs. Lachenmayr is survived by a son, George Lachenmayr of Bridgewater; a daughter, Katie Kuster of Raritan Township; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Services were held on Monday at Holcombe Fisher Funeral Home in Flemington. Burial was in Rural Hill Cemetery in Whitehouse.
