Born in Newark, NJ on October 3, 1913, he was the son of the late August Knispel and Caroline Hunt.
Mr. Knispel was a retired farmer.
He was survived by his wife, Edith (Bidewell) Knispel, of Pittstown, NJ.
Interment in Cherryville Mountain View Cemetery, Flemington, NJ.
