Joy E. Pankuch, age 91 years, of Flemington, NJ, died on May 24, 1995 at the Valley View Health Care Center, 117 County Rd 513, Frenchtown, NJ. Born in Chippewa County, MN on January 26, 1904, she was the daughter of the late Aaron Sherman and Mertie (Cordell) Sherman. She was a homemaker. Joy was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Pankuch, who died in 1992. Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ.
