Born in Trenton, NJ on March 17, 1943, he was the son of Joseph Vargo and Agnes Wolf Vargo. Mr. Vargo worked as a master technician at AT&T. Joseph is survived by his wife, Judith Hineline Vargo, a daughter, a sister, and a grandson. The burial was private.
