Joseph O. Suozzo

Joseph O. Suozzo lived most of his life in Hunterdon County. Son of John J. Suozzo and Mary E. Welsh Suozzo.

At the time of his death, he lived on Route 3, Washington, N.C. and died at Sistersville General Hospital in Sistersville, West Virginia.

A self-employed driller, he was formerly a member of the Merchant Marines. He served in the military from 27 Sep 1944

to 15 Aug 1945.

He was survived by his wife, Nancy Goldy Suozzo; four sons, (one in Zolfo Springs, Florida, one in Corpus Christi, Texas and two in Washington, N. C.); two daughters, (one in Gig Harbor, Washington and one in Washington, N. C.) and a grandchild.

He was also survived by four sisters, Maryann Albite of Marshalls Creek, Pa, and Rose Elcavage, Helen Smith and Agnes Foster, all of Stockton.
