Born in Flemington, NJ on November 19, 1900, he was the son of J. Wilson Kerr and Susie Williamson.

Mr. Kerr was a retired plumber.

He was predeceased by his first wife, Charlotte (Queen) Kerr, who died in 1933, and his second wife, Anna (Cripas) Kerr, who passed away in 1953.

Interment in Rosemont Cemetery, Route 519, Rosemont, NJ.
