Born in Spring City, PA on September 15, 1902, he was the son of the late Lewis Edwards and Elizabeth Sherry.

Mr. Edwards was formerly employed as a steward with the Liberty Tire Company in Spring City, PA.

He was survived by his wife, Mary R. (O'Neill) Edwards.

Interment in Saint Ann Cemetery, Phoenixville, Chester County, PA.
