Born in Trenton, NJ on October 18, 1930, he was the son of James Harbour and Elizabeth Parker.

Mr. Harbour was a veteran of the Korean War.

He then became a business teacher at Hunterdon Central Regional High School.

He was survived by his wife, Alida C. Harbour.

Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Capner Street, Flemington, NJ.
