He was born in Jersey City, NJ on March 4, 1911.

Mr. Walsh was the Department Manager of the Popular Merchandise Company in Roselle Park, NJ.

Joseph was predeceased by his wife, Zelma (Briggs) Walsh, who died in 1978.

Interment in Bloomingdale Cemetery, Luzerne County, PA.
