Born in Jersey City, NJ on November 30, 1900, he was the son of the late Jacob Walters.

Mr. Walters was formerly employed as a custodian by the Flemington National Bank.

He was survived by his wife, Mildred (Reasoner) Walters.

Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Capner Street, Flemington, NJ.
