Born March 23, 1912 in Portage, PA, he was the son of Wasil and Anna (Dzubera) Lazorisak.
He was a laborer for Delaware Valley Farmers Corporation, Flemington, NJ.
Interment was in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington.
