John Joseph Costello

John Joseph Costello, age 98 years, of Neshanic Station, NJ, died on September 1, 1996 at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital, New Brunswick, NJ. Born in New York City, NY on May 24, 1898, he was the son of the late Salvatore Nardiello and Annamarie Nardiello. Mr. Costello was a veteran of World War I, serving in the U.S. Army for nine years. In addition, Mr. Costello had a number of occupations. He was a barber, restaurant owner in Clinton, NJ, and bailiff at the Hunterdon County Court House, Flemington, NJ. John was predeceased by his wife, Hattie Sadorski Costello, who died in 1993. Interment in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Clinton, NJ.
