John J. Higgins, age 82 years, of Delaware Township, NJ, died on March 19, 1999 at Overlook Hospital, Summit, NJ. Born in Plainfield, NJ on July 16, 1916, he was the son of the late Thomas E. Higgins and Margaret Kane. Mr. Higgins was a retired Machinist for the NJ Park System. John is survived by his wife, Mary (Valentino) Higgins. Interment at Saint Mary's Mausoleum, Alpha, NJ.
