Born in Jersey City, NJ on May 27, 1931, he was the son of Benjamin and Mary Y. Dec.
Mr. Dec was a United States Army veteran of the Korean War.
He then became President of Bellwood Builders in Flemington.
John was survived by his wife, Florence (Volonoski) Dec.
Interment in Saint Bernard's Cemetery, Route 28, Bridgewater, NJ.
