Jean M. Phelan, age 69 years, of Larchmont, NY, died on February 29, 1992 at the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ. Born in Everett, MA on March 31, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Stanley H. Davis and Jean Brady. She was a homemaker. Jean was survived by her husband, John J. Phelan. Interment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 10 W Stevens Ave, Hawthorne, NY.
