Born December 15, 1928 in Alliance, OH, he was the son of James F. and Isabelle (Duncan) Kerr. He was a dairy technologist for Johanna Farms, Flemington.

He was survived by his wife, Judith (Engstrom) Kerr.

Funeral services were held at Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home. Burial was in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington.
