Born in Paris, France on December 18, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Harold Armstrong and Germaine (Saba) Armstrong. She worked as the Secretary at the Annandale Reformatory for 15 years. Interment at Immaculate Conception Church Cemetery, Clinton, NJ.
