Jack Lewis, age 66 years, of Annandale, NJ, died on December 1, 1990 at the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in London, England on January 29, 1924, he was the son of Louis and Jane Lazemnikoff.

Mr. Lewis was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Royal Air Force (R.A.F.).

He then became a self-employed cabinet-maker and antique-restorer.

Jack was survived by his wife, Irene (Kauer) Lewis.

The burial was private.
