Hugh F. Shannon

Hugh F. Shannon, age 68 years, of Readington Township, NJ, died on January 21, 1997 at the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ. Born in Rahway, NJ on December 6, 1928, he was the son of Hugh J. Shannon and Jenny (Burke) Shannon. Mr. Shannon was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the U.S. Army. He worked for Exxon as an Organic Chemist in Linden, NJ. Hugh is survived by his wife, Elizabeth (Ziehl) Shannon, and their children. Interment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 225 Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover, NJ.
