Born in Mechanicville, NY on January 5, 1910, she was the daughter of Floyd Carr and Theresa Powers.
She was a 3rd-grade teacher in the Flemington-Raritan School System.
Helene was survived by her husband, John L. Gilheany, of Flemington.
Interment in Saint Magdalen Cemetery, 94 North Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
