Born in Jersey City, NJ on October 12, 1920, her maiden name was Reppa. She worked as an Electronics Tester for Sony Electronics, Belmar, NJ. Helen was predeceased by her husband, Jules DeVoto, who passed away in 2000. Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ.
