Born in New York City, NY on January 26, 1903, she was the daughter of the late Thomas John Kelley and Mary Veronica McKenna Kelley. She was a Model and Actress for Macy's Department Store. Helen was predeceased by her husband, J. Embry Phares. Interment at Saint Charles Cemetery, 2015 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY.
