Born in Hopewell, NJ on October 14, 1913, he was the son of the late Lewis C. Sutphin and Della Wilson.

Mr. Sutphin was a retired farmer.

Harold was survived his wife, Eleanor (Bohren) Sutphin.

Interment in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Old York Road, Ringoes, NJ.
