Born August 10, 1911 in Sand Brook, NJ, she was the daughter of William and Clara Green. She was survived by her husband, James C. Bell.

Funeral arrangements were held in Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington. Interment was in Mt. Peace Cemetery, Allerton.
