Born in Hamden, NJ on May 14, 1901, she was the daughter of the late Alfred Keephart and Ada Bloom.

She was a homemaker.

Gladys was predeceased by her husband, Melville Godley, who died in 1980.

Interment in Union Cemetery of Grandin, Race Street, Pittstown, NJ.
