Born in New York on November 7, 1896, he was the son of the late Victoria Waltsak.

Mr. Waltsak was a veteran of World War I.

He then became a taxi driver for many years.

George was survived by his wife, Thordis Waltsak.

Interment in Green-Wood Cemetery, Brooklyn, NY.
