Born in Germany in March of 1947, he was the son of Alex and Sofia Tanasiychuk.

Mr. Tanasiychuk was employed in the maintenance department of Riegel Paper Mill in Milford, NJ.

George was survived by his wife, Donna (Crush) Tanasiychuk.

Interment in Hope Cemetery, Hecktown, Northampton County, PA.
