FRANKLIN TWP. -- George ``Mountain Man'' Manchur died Monday, March 6, 1995, at home of cancer. He was 66.
He was born in New York, a son of Sam and Mary Manchur , and farmed with his family here for many years.
Mr. Manchur was the proprietor of Manchur 's Auto & Truck Parts on Pittstown Road, a business he founded 39 years ago.
He was in charge of the wrecker crew at Flemington Speedway for many years.
He is survived by his mother, of Kingwood Township; his wife, Ann Manchur ; a daughter, Georgeann Manchur at home, and a sister, Joan Kent of Hamilton Township.
Calling hours are set for 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home in Flemington.
Services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, followed by burial in Locust Grove Cemetery, Quakertown.
