Frieda A. Ubel, age 67 years, of Flemington, NJ, died on January 25, 2003 at the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ. Born in Ringoes, NJ on May 26, 1935, she was the daughter of Martin Hack and Marie Markert. She used to run Ubel's Farm Stand in Flemington, NJ. She is survived by her husband, Alfred Ubel. Interment in Somerset Hills, Basking Ridge, NJ.
