Frederick Kyle, a beloved husband, father, and respected member of the community, passed away on July 2, 2026, in Flemington, New Jersey. Born on May 23, 1959, in Somerville, New Jersey, Frederick built a life rooted in hard work, devotion to family, and a genuine appreciation for the people and places he called home.
Frederick’s professional life was defined by skill and dedication. He started as an auto mechanic and moved up to service manager for Somerset County Vehicle Maintenance, where he worked for over forty years.His expertise and reliability earned the trust and gratitude of many colleagues and clients. His commitment to his craft reflected his methodical nature and unwavering work ethic, qualities admired by all who knew him.
Outside of his profession, Frederick was a man of many passions. An avid car enthusiast, he found joy attending car shows, marveling at the engineering and beauty of automobiles. His love for cars was not merely a hobby but a way to connect with friends and family, sharing knowledge and stories in the spirit of community. Frederick also was an enthusiastic gardener, finding tranquility and purpose tending to his plants. Summers spent vacationing in Wildwood, New Jersey, created cherished memories and underscored his fondness for the simple pleasures in life.
Frederick was formerly a resident of both Hillsborough and Somerset County, NJ communities in which he formed deep and lasting relationships. His kindness, sense of humor, and willingness to lend a hand became hallmarks of his character and left a meaningful impact on those fortunate enough to know him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Sherry Kyle; his devoted daughter, Lacey Kyle; and his son, Austin Kyle. Many cousins also mourn his passing and celebrate his enduring presence in their lives. Frederick was predeceased by his father, George Kyle; his mother, Natalie Kyle; and his brother, Kenneth Kyle. Their memories and influences remained deeply important to him throughout his life.
Frederick’s generosity of spirit, steadfast loyalty, and warm heart will be remembered forever by his family and friends. Though he is deeply missed, the legacy of his love and integrity continues in those whose lives he touched.
Cremation services will be held privately under the Direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
