He then worked as a Mechanical Engineer for Smith's Industries in Malvern, PA.

Frederick was survived by his wife, Mary (Munning) Hankins, of Flemington, NJ.

Interment in Saint Joseph's Cemetery, 360 Broadway, Keyport, NJ.
