Fred L. Hefferon

Fred L. Hefferon, age 86 years, of Forth Worth, TX, died on January 22, 1995 in Fort Worth. Born in Cortland, NY on September 12, 1908, he was the son of the late Thomas Hefferon and Katherine McMahon. Mr. Hefferon was a veteran of World War II, serving in the United States Navy as Chief Petty Officer until 1945. He then became an educator at Northwestern University before retiring. Fred was predeceased by his wife, Evelyn (Vocke) Hefferon, who passed away in 1980. Interment in Sandy Ridge Cemetery, Stockton, NJ.
