Frank M. Lacey, age 70, of Virginia Beach, VA, died April 17, 1992 in Virginia Beach, VA.
Born October 5, 1992 in Kentucky, he was the son of the late Paul and Ruth Lacey. Frank was a retired Lt. Commander with the US Navy. He served in World War II and the Korean War. Frank was survived by his wife, Pearl.
Interment was in Prospect Hill Cemetery, in Flemington, NJ.
