Born in New York City, NY on March 7, 1916, he was the son of the late Frank Joseph Pavlica, Sr., and Mary (Juresic) Pavlica. He was a self-employed farmer. Frank was predeceased by his wife, Dorothy Mae Pavlica, who passed away in 1985. Interment in Lower Amwell Cemetery, Delaware Township, NJ.
