He was born to Harry and Louise Taylor on July 27, 1896 in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. He was a railroad conductor for the Lehigh Valley Railroad who leaves behind a wife, Marie M. Bennett. Interment in Saint Magdalen Cemetery, Flemington, NJ.
