Born January 6, 1898 in Delaware Township, she was the daughter of Sylvester J. and Elmera (Stull) Cline.
Her husband, Fred Higgins, died in 1985.
Funeral services were held at Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington. Burial was in Rosemont Cemetery, Rosemont.
