Born in Kingwood Township, NJ on March 15, 1875, he was the son of the late Lewis Cline.

Mr. Cline was a farmer.

He was survived by his wife, Anna (Coates) Cline.

Interment in Sandy Ridge Cemetery, Stockton, NJ.
