Born in New Jersey on March 26, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Francis Godown and Wilhelmina W. Godown. She was a homemaker. Emma was survived by her husband, Norman E. Ash, their children, and grandchildren. Interment in Union Cemetery, Boss Road, Ringoes, NJ.
