Elwood Hendershot

Elwood Hendershot, age 85 years, of Derby Line, VT, died on March 19, 1999 at North Country Hospital, 189 Prouty Dr, Newport, VT. Born in Peapack, NJ on April 1, 1913, he was the son of the late Elwood and Rose Hendershot. Mr. Hendershot was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1944-1945. He then worked for the Jersey Central Power & Light Company, Flemington, NJ. Elwood is survived by his wife, Marie (Hagan) Hendershot. Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ.
