Elsworth Liland, age 68 years, of Flemington, NJ, died on July 17, 2001 at his home in Raritan Township, NJ. Born in Staten Island, NY on September 30, 1932, he was the son of Tjostolf Liland and Freida (Thornstenson) Liland. Mr. Liland worked as a mechanical engineer for nuclear power-plants and oil refineries. He is survived by his wife, Alyson (Brown) Liland. The burial was private.
