Born October 7, 1888 in Flemington, she was the daughter of William H. and Ella (Flynn) Godley.
She was predeceased by her husband, Joshua Elliott.
Funeral services were held in Calvary Episcopal Church, Flemington. Interment was in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington.
