Elpiniki N. Costas

Elpiniki Costas, age 96 years, formerly of Flemington, NJ, died on Wednesday, January 9, 2013, in Foothill Acres, Hillsborough, NJ.

Born in Sparta, Greece, February 26, 1916, she was the daughter of the late Petros and Stavoula Giannaopoulos.

She was a homemaker and member of St. George Greek Orthodox Church, Trenton, NJ.

Her husband, Nicholas Costas, died in 1985. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Peter and Susan Costas, of Hillsborough, NJ; and a sister, Lefkothea Kalogerskos, of Athens, Greece.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday at 2PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 1-2 PM in the funeral home.
