Born in High Bridge, NJ on October 27, 1919, he was the son of the late Jacob and Martha Tigar. He was a retired Truck Driver for Bush Dairy Farms, Inc. in Flemington, NJ. Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ.
