Ellen Judith Forman, age 83 years, of Pittstown, NJ, died on February 15, 2001 at Somerset Medical Center, Somerville, NJ. Born in Brooklyn, NY on October 11, 1917, she was the daughter of the late John J. Irwin and Catherine (Crowell) Irwin. She was a self-employed dog breeder. Ellen was predeceased by her husband, James Forman, who passed away in 1966. Interment in Sandy Ridge Cemetery, Stockton, NJ.
