Ellen A. Worthington

Ellen A. Worthington, age 71, of Church Street died Friday, August 2, 1985 in Hunterdon Medical Center, Flemington.

Born in Flemington, Mrs. Worthington was a lifelong area resident. She was a member of the Flemington Police Force, serving as a crossing guard and traffic controller.

Wife of the late Clarence Worthington, she is survived by her mother, Jennie S. Anderson of Flemington; a daughter, Carol Ann Worthington of Marblehead, Mass.; a son, C. James Worthington at home; and two sisters, Dorothy Mullenhauer of Germany and Pearl Vlearbone of Wilmington, NC.

Graveside services were held in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington.

Burial was under the direction of Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington.
