Born in Hunterdon County, NJ on May 4, 1877, she was the daughter of the late George H. Fisher and Martha Van Marter.

She was predeceased by her husband, William Warman, who died in 1914.

Interment in Union Cemetery, Boss Road, Ringoes, NJ.
