Elizabeth D. Murphy

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. - Elizabeth D. Murphy died Saturday, July 20, 2002, in Flager Hospital here. She was 74. Born in Newark, she had resided in Flemington from 1966 to 1992, when she moved to St. Augustine since 1992. She was employed in the Dietary Department at Hunterdon Medical Center until retiring in 1992. Her husband, John Murphy, died in 1977. She is survived by three sons, Thomas Murphy of St. Augustine, Paul Murphy of Redding, Calif. and Michael Murphy of Easton; two daughters, Kathy Massaro of Wall Township and Karen Murphy of Wilmington, N.C. and 10 grandchildren. Services were held yesterday in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home in Flemington. Burial was in St. Magdalen Cemetery in Flemington.
