Born in Flemington, NJ on July 19, 1912, she was the daughter of the late George H. Bellis and Anna Anderson.
She was a retired Flemington High School teacher.
Eleanor was survived by her husband, Frank Cregar, Jr., of Flemington.
Interment in Union Cemetery, Boss Road, Ringoes, NJ.
